After hour emergency housing information: please call 223-2600.Homeless Prevention funds are sometimes available to families and individuals in a one-time financial emergency. PLEASE CALL TO CHECK ON FUNDING AVAILABILITY.The housing assistance is available to clients who have not received any other type of housing assistance for two years. To receive the assistance, families agree to work closely with a shelter counselor on housing and employment strategies, including completing a budget plan that supports their ability to sustain their housing in the future.
